Merchant and the Village Circle

Merchants and their wares (including services like massage therapy) are a fun and vital aspect of the gathering, and we hope that everyone will come prepared to support the merchants.

This year we will continue our tithe system for the merchants, with the goal of circulating financial abundance among the members of the community. Rather than a paying a flat fee, we are asking merchants to tithe 10% of their gross sales of goods and/or services. A portion of that money will go into the financial aid fund.

Merchants may apply to vend at Phoenix Fire by filling out the "Merchants" page during registration. The Phoenix Fire Merchant Coordinator reserves the right to limit the number of merchants and types of merchandise at the gathering. Your application to vend at Phoenix Fire is not approved until you hear from the Merchant Coordinator.

Merchants can contact merchants@firefamilygathering.org if you have any questions about the tithe, want to inquire about availability of spaces for your merchandise/service, or anything else about being a merchant at Phoenix Fire.
